Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all paid transactions concluded between you ("you", "your", or the "Buyer") and Plypto Pte. Ltd.(the "Seller", "we", "us", or "our") via the Platform, regardless of whether you access the Platform from a computer, tablet, smartphone, or any other device.

You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence and that you are not purchasing on behalf of a third party in breach of our rules (including our prohibition on multi-accounting and account trading under the Terms of Use).

• Bitcoin / BTC: The cryptocurrency used for certain payments to us and, where applicable, for withdrawals processed in accordance with our policies and the Terms of Use.
• Coinremitter: The third-party payment infrastructure we use to process cryptocurrency payments, as described in the Terms of Use.
• Stripe: The third-party payment processor we use to accept card and other fiat payments in U.S. dollars (USD) for certain proton pack purchases, as described in the Terms of Use.
• Digital Content: Non-tangible items supplied electronically, including licensed rights to use protons and any other virtual items purchased through the Platform.
• Protons:The Platform's in-game resource credited to your account when you purchase proton packs. Protons are used exclusively within the game economy as further described below.
• Proton pack: A bundle of protons offered for sale at the prices and quantities displayed in the Platform at the time of purchase.
• Battle Strike Pass:An optional in-game purchase, paid for using protons from the buyer's existing balance, that grants a defined number of extra raid charges allowing the holder to bypass the standard 24-hour PvP cooldown without resetting the free daily window.

The seller of record for all purchases governed by these Terms of Sale is Plypto Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore ("Singapore").

Invoices, receipts, and contractual correspondence relating to your purchases will identify Plypto Pte. Ltd. as the counterparty. Plypto is not a bank, financial institution, investment firm, payment institution, e-money issuer, or financial services provider of any kind. Nothing in these Terms of Sale constitutes an offer to provide regulated financial services, banking, payment services, or e-money issuance. We do not hold, manage, or invest your funds; we operate an entertainment platform and facilitate the sale of in-game digital content as described herein.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to or use of the Platform, or your acquisition or use of cryptocurrencies, is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Plypto is a strategy and entertainment game with science-fiction themes and in-game economics. It is not an online gambling service, a casino, a lottery, a betting exchange, a prediction market for real-world events, or any other form of wagering or real-money gaming regulated as such in your jurisdiction.

Game outcomes may depend on skill, planning, time invested, interactions with other players, and chance elements typical of video games. You must not treat the Platform as a way to earn guaranteed income, as a substitute for employment, or as an investment product.

If the laws of your country or region prohibit participation in online games that involve virtual assets, cryptocurrencies, or similar mechanics, you must not use the Platform or make purchases.

Nature. Protons are a limited, revocable license to use a numerical balance within the Platform for in-game actions (such as building or upgrading certain infrastructure). Protons are not legal tender, e-money, stored value, or a digital representation of fiat currency. They are not issued on a public blockchain as a transferable token for you to trade outside the Platform unless we expressly enable such a feature in the future (which would be subject to separate terms).

No external redeemability. Except as expressly stated in these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use (for example, separate rules governing withdrawal of BTC earned through gameplay), you cannot redeem protons for cash from us, sell protons back to us, or require us to exchange protons for Bitcoin or any fiat currency. Protons have no guaranteed monetary value outside the Platform.

Non-transferability. Unless we explicitly provide an in-game mechanism approved by us, protons and proton balances may not be sold, pledged, or transferred between users or third parties. Any attempt to trade accounts or balances outside permitted channels violates the Terms of Use and may result in forfeiture.

In-game spend caps. Some in-game actions on which protons are spent may be subject to gameplay caps. In particular, Plypto currently limits the number of distinct deployments any account may operate to one hundred (100) per infrastructure category (Energy, Economic, Offensive, Defensive). Upgrades of existing deployments are not capped. Plypto may adjust these caps at any time at its sole discretion. Caps are not a refundable defect: protons that cannot be spent on a new deployment because the cap is reached remain available for upgrades and any other in-game uses.

Nature. A Battle Strike Pass is a digital in-game item that grants a fixed number of extra raid charges. Each charge permits one immediate PvP raid attempt outside the standard 24-hour free-raid window. A charge is consumed on use regardless of outcome.

Payment currency.Battle Strike Passes are purchased exclusively by spending protons already held in the buyer's in-game balance. No separate BTC, fiat, or external payment is required for this transaction.

Price and availability. The proton cost, number of charges, and any marketing discount displayed for each Battle Strike Pass are set by Plypto at its sole discretion and may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of purchase is final.

Non-refundability. All Battle Strike Pass purchases are final and non-refundable once the proton deduction has been applied to the buyer's account. Protons spent on a Battle Strike Pass cannot be reimbursed or converted back to protons or any other currency except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

No effect on free window. Purchasing and using Battle Strike Pass charges does not alter the player's 24-hour free-raid timer. The free daily raid and the Battle Strike Pass charges operate as independent budgets. The Platform always prioritizes the free daily raid when it is available.

Unused charges. Unused charges accumulate on the account indefinitely. They are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for protons, BTC, or any other value. Plypto reserves the right to retire Battle Strike Passes as a feature upon reasonable notice, in which case unused charges would be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any compensation policy communicated at that time.

Nature. The Galactic Caféis an optional in-game cantina inside the Platform offering a small set of mini-games (a European-style roulette wheel, a d100 "roll under" table, a d6 "roll identical" table, and scratch cards). It is not a casino, not an online gambling service, not a betting exchange, and not a real-money game. Use of the café is purely entertainment within the broader Plypto strategy game.

No purchase required. Playing at the Galactic Café is not itself a sale governed by these Terms of Sale: no fiat or BTC payment is required for a single café play. Each play is paid for by debiting protons that the player has already acquired (whether by buying proton packs, by earning them through in-app flows, or through any other legitimate means). The relevant sales transactions are therefore the upstream proton-pack purchases, governed by the rest of these Terms of Sale; this Section sets out the additional terms that apply to the use of those protons inside the café.

15% café cut on net winnings. The Galactic Café currently charges a 15% house fee on the net winnings of each winning play, on every table where the fee is enabled. Net winnings are defined as gross payout − stake: the fee applies only to the gain above the stake and is never deducted from a losing stake. The fee is rounded to the nearest whole proton at the time of crediting so the activity feed math always balances.

Subject to change. The 15% rate is the rate currently in force at the time of publication of these Terms of Sale. Plypto reserves the right to adjust this rate up or down at any time, on a per-table basis, and to temporarily disable the café cut for any table or to suspend or close the café entirely without prior notice. The effective rate for any specific play is the rate stored on its activity-log row at the moment that play was resolved; it is the authoritative record.

Rules & probabilities. The principle of every café table, the win probabilities, the fair payout multipliers, the effective expected return after the café cut, and the operator-side house controls (per-table on/off, win factor, RTP target) are described in the Galactic Café House Paper, which is provided for transparency and is intentionally not surfaced in the site footer.

No refund of café outcomes. Each café play is final once committed: losses cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged against any kind of compensation (whether in protons, BTC, fiat, or otherwise), and prizes already credited cannot be revoked outside of the fraud, abuse, and compliance scenarios described in these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use. By playing, you acknowledge that protons committed to a café play may be lost in full with no entitlement to a return of the upstream BTC or fiat used to acquire those protons. If applicable mandatory law requires a refund in a specific case, we will comply in the manner prescribed by that law.

Risk acknowledgement. Playing carries risk. By design, the long-run expected return on every café table is below 1× the stake: the combination of the underlying mathematical edge and the 15% café cut means a player who plays indefinitely will, on average, lose protons over time. You agree to play only with protons whose loss would not affect your financial situation or your enjoyment of the rest of the game, and to stop immediately if doing so begins to feel anything other than entertaining. The general risk language in Section 15 below applies in full to café plays.

Server-authoritative. Every roll, spin, draw, and prize-tier selection is performed inside a server-side database transaction using a cryptographically-secure random number generator. The client only animates a result the server has already committed. Each play also writes an audit-log row with the stake, the fair draw, the resolved value, the win factor, the café fee rate, the café fee amount, and the post-play balance, which the player can inspect through the in-app Galactic Café activity feed.

The Platform may display and track BTC amounts as part of the game economy (for example, production attributed to economic infrastructure or outcomes of in-game activities). In-game BTC balances are not bank deposits and do not accrue interest unless explicitly stated otherwise in the interface.

Withdrawals. The ability to request a withdrawal of earned BTC to an external wallet is subject exclusively to the withdrawal rules in the Terms of Use (including minimum thresholds, verification, and compliance checks) and to Section 14 below. Purchasing protons does not guarantee any minimum amount of withdrawable BTC, any rate of return, or any particular in-game outcome.

The presentation of proton packs and prices on the Platform constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept your payment and credit the corresponding protons to your account (or when we confirm the transaction through our systems, whichever occurs first).

Pack prices are denominated in Bitcoin (BTC). If you pay the external portion (or the full pack, when no in-game BTC is applied) with a card in USD, we convert the applicable BTC amount to USD at checkout using a third-party reference rate (for example from a public market data provider). That rate is indicative; the USD total charged is the amount shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. Cryptocurrency network conditions may still affect crypto payments; you are responsible for reviewing the total before confirming.

We may change prices, pack compositions, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where a technical error requires correction as described below.

If we reasonably believe that a price or proton amount was shown in error (for example, a manifest typo or a system bug), we may refuse or reverse the transaction and refund the payment to the extent technically feasible, or adjust the credited protons to match the intended offer, in line with applicable law.

For proton packs you may pay (where offered in the checkout flow) either in Bitcoin via our integration with Coinremitter, or in U.S. dollars via Stripe (card and other methods Stripe supports in your region). We may add or change processors; the options presented at checkout prevail. By paying, you agree to the applicable processor's terms and privacy policy.

Hybrid purchases: If you have spendable in-game BTC, the Platform may apply part of the pack price from that balance and charge only the remainder externally. If you choose card (USD), the remainder is converted from BTC to USD as described in Section 8; the in-game portion is debited when your external payment succeeds.

For cryptocurrency payments, you must send the correct asset type and amount to the address and within the time window indicated. Underpayments, overpayments sent after expiry, or transfers to wrong addresses may delay crediting or may be irrecoverable; we are not liable for losses caused by your wallet configuration errors or third-party wallet behavior.

For Stripe payments, you authorize the one-time charge shown in Checkout. Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension of your account, reversal of credited protons where permitted, or other remedies described in these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.

Taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or digital services tax) may apply depending on your location. Where we are legally required to collect taxes, the checkout flow will reflect this. You remain responsible for any personal tax reporting related to your use of cryptocurrencies or virtual items.

Delivery of Digital Content consists of crediting protons to the account that was logged in at the time of purchase (or the account identified in the payment flow). For Bitcoin payments, delivery is generally after sufficient blockchain confirmations; for successful Stripe payments, crediting usually occurs shortly after we receive confirmation from Stripe. Delays may occur due to network congestion, processor maintenance, or security reviews.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are logged into the correct account before completing payment. We are not obliged to transfer protons between accounts due to user error.

Depending on your jurisdiction, mandatory consumer laws may grant you a right to cancel distance contracts within a cooling off period. For digital content, many laws allow that right to be waived if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once delivery begins.

By completing a proton pack purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of Digital Content and acknowledge that, once protons are credited to your account, any statutory withdrawal right that might otherwise apply may be lost to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Section limits non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Subject to mandatory legal requirements and the exception for erroneous transactions noted in Section 8, all sales of proton packs are final. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Purchased protons are not refundable once credited, including if you change your mind, stop playing, are dissatisfied with game balance changes, lose in-game assets to other players, or disagree with gameplay updates.
• We do not provide refunds in fiat or cryptocurrency for unused protons, partially used balances, or accounts that are suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Use.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or blockchain double-spend attempts may result in account suspension, offset against in-game balances where permitted, and legal action if appropriate.

If a refund is required by applicable law, we will comply in the manner prescribed by that law (which may be a partial refund, account credit, or another remedy).

Withdrawal of Bitcoin to your external wallet, when available, is governed primarily by the Terms of Use. For convenience, the following key points are reiterated:

• Withdrawals relate to BTC earned through gameplay and qualifying in-game activities, not to the return of amounts paid for proton packs.
• A minimum threshold (currently 0.0001 BTC of earned in-game gains, as described in the Terms of Use) applies before any withdrawal request is processed. We may change this threshold at any time; the value displayed in the Wallet at the moment of your request prevails.
• KYC / AML: We reserve the right to require full identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount or account history. We may request government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, or any other information deemed necessary. Withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete to our satisfaction.
• Network fees, fraud prevention, and operational limits may additionally apply. We may delay or refuse withdrawals where required by law or where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Failure to meet withdrawal conditions does not entitle you to a refund of proton purchases or to compensation for unrealized in-game BTC.

You expressly acknowledge the following categories of risk, which are non-exhaustive:

• Cryptocurrency risk: Bitcoin and other crypto-assets are volatile. The fiat value of your payments and any withdrawn amounts can rise or fall sharply. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
• Gameplay risk: You may lose in-game resources, rankings, or virtual assets due to raids, competition, balancing changes, bugs (subject to our policies), or account sanctions.
• In-game caps risk: Plypto may apply gameplay caps that affect how protons can be spent — for example, a current per-category limit of 100 distinct deployments per account. Such caps may change at any time and do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
• Operational risk: The Platform may experience downtime, maintenance, data loss despite backups, or security incidents. Third-party services (including Coinremitter and blockchain networks) may fail or delay.
• Regulatory risk: Laws affecting crypto-assets, games, or virtual items may change and could restrict or terminate your ability to use the Platform or certain features.
• Smart wallet risk: You are responsible for the security of your external wallets and for entering correct addresses. Erroneous transfers cannot be recalled by us.

Nothing on the Platform, in these Terms of Sale, or in communications from us constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a financial institution and we do not recommend that you buy protons, acquire Bitcoin, or participate in gameplay for any investment or income purpose.

Past or simulated returns in the game do not predict future results. We do not guarantee profit, passive income, or any specific return on money or time you spend on the Platform. There is no guaranteed gain of any kind associated with using Plypto.

If you have questions about whether using the Platform is appropriate for your financial situation, please consult an independent financial adviser.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plypto Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or game progress, arising out of or related to your purchases or use of protons or the Platform.

We are not responsible for any financial loss you may suffer as a result of gameplay outcomes, changes to game economics, actions of other players, cryptocurrency price movements, or your decision to purchase protons or hold Bitcoin.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order governed by these Terms of Sale shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that specific order in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (excluding amounts passed through to networks or taxes collected on behalf of authorities), except where limitation is prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still lawful.

For questions about a charge, missing proton credit, or any dispute relating to a sale, you should first contact us through our support channels so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response time. Complex investigations (including payment processor coordination) may take longer.

For any question about the Platform, your account, a purchase, or a withdrawal, please contact our support team first at plypto.com/support or support@plypto.space. We are your primary point of contact and will always work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms of Sale where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, failures of public networks, major blockchain disruptions, government actions, or failures of essential suppliers or payment partners.

We may amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued purchase of Digital Content after the effective date of revised Terms of Sale constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from making new purchases.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

Dispute resolution procedures (including negotiation and arbitration where applicable) are as set out in the Governing Law & Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Use, which you agree apply to disputes arising from or related to purchases under these Terms of Sale, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Entire agreement. These Terms of Sale, together with the Terms of Use and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter of your purchase.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms of Sale without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Language. The English language version of these Terms of Sale prevails over any translations provided for convenience.
