Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all paid transactions concluded between you ("you", "your", or the "Buyer") and Plypto Pte. Ltd.(the "Seller", "we", "us", or "our") via the Platform, regardless of whether you access the Platform from a computer, tablet, smartphone, or any other device.

You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence and that you are not purchasing on behalf of a third party in breach of our rules (including our prohibition on multi-accounting and account trading under the Terms of Use).

• Bitcoin / BTC: The cryptocurrency used for certain payments to us and, where applicable, for withdrawals processed in accordance with our policies and the Terms of Use.
• Coinremitter: The third-party payment infrastructure we use to process cryptocurrency payments, as described in the Terms of Use.
• Stripe: The third-party payment processor we use to accept card and other fiat payments in U.S. dollars (USD) for certain proton pack purchases, as described in the Terms of Use.
• Digital Content: Non-tangible items supplied electronically, including licensed rights to use protons and any other virtual items purchased through the Platform.
• Protons:The Platform's in-game resource credited to your account when you purchase proton packs. Protons are used exclusively within the game economy as further described below.
• Proton pack: A bundle of protons offered for sale at the prices and quantities displayed in the Platform at the time of purchase.
• Battle Strike Pass:An optional in-game purchase, paid for using protons from the buyer's existing balance, that grants a defined number of extra raid charges the holder can spend when their strike bank is empty. Charges sit outside the bank and do not refill it.
• Daily Pass: An optional premium entitlement (subscription and/or one-shot period) that unlocks a second daily reward track, removes advertising for the paid period, and is further described in the Daily Pass section of these Terms of Sale.

The seller of record for all purchases governed by these Terms of Sale is Plypto Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore ("Singapore").

Invoices, receipts, and contractual correspondence relating to your purchases will identify Plypto Pte. Ltd. as the counterparty. Plypto is not a bank, financial institution, investment firm, payment institution, e-money issuer, or financial services provider of any kind. Nothing in these Terms of Sale constitutes an offer to provide regulated financial services, banking, payment services, or e-money issuance. We do not hold, manage, or invest your funds; we operate an entertainment platform and facilitate the sale of in-game digital content as described herein.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to or use of the Platform, or your acquisition or use of cryptocurrencies, is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Plypto is a strategy and entertainment game with science-fiction themes and in-game economics. It is not an online gambling service, a casino, a lottery, a betting exchange, a prediction market for real-world events, or any other form of wagering or real-money gaming regulated as such in your jurisdiction.

Game outcomes may depend on skill, planning, time invested, interactions with other players, and chance elements typical of video games. You must not treat the Platform as a way to earn guaranteed income, as a substitute for employment, or as an investment product.

If the laws of your country or region prohibit participation in online games that involve virtual assets, cryptocurrencies, or similar mechanics, you must not use the Platform or make purchases.

Nature. Protons are a limited, revocable license to use a numerical balance within the Platform for in-game actions (such as building or upgrading certain infrastructure). Protons are not legal tender, e-money, stored value, or a digital representation of fiat currency. They are not issued on a public blockchain as a transferable token for you to trade outside the Platform unless we expressly enable such a feature in the future (which would be subject to separate terms).

No external redeemability. Except as expressly stated in these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use (for example, separate rules governing withdrawal of BTC earned through gameplay), you cannot redeem protons for cash from us, sell protons back to us, or require us to exchange protons for Bitcoin or any fiat currency. Protons have no guaranteed monetary value outside the Platform.

Displayed USD estimates. Wherever the Platform shows a U.S. dollar figure next to an amount of protons (for example, in pack pricing, on the season leaderboard, or next to a season prize), that figure is an indicative estimate only, computed from a reference Bitcoin (BTC) to USD exchange rate at the time of display and rounded for readability. It is not a fixed price, not a guarantee, and not an offer to convert protons to USD. Because the underlying BTC/USD rate moves continuously, the same amount of protons can correspond to a higher or lower USD estimate at a different time. The protons themselves — not the displayed USD estimate — are the actual balance, reward, or prize you hold or receive.

Non-transferability. Unless we explicitly provide an in-game mechanism approved by us, protons and proton balances may not be sold, pledged, or transferred between users or third parties. Any attempt to trade accounts or balances outside permitted channels violates the Terms of Use and may result in forfeiture.

In-game spend caps. Some in-game actions on which protons are spent may be subject to gameplay caps. In particular, Plypto currently limits the number of distinct deployments any account may operate to two hundred (200) per infrastructure category (Energy, Economic, Offensive, Defensive). Upgrades of existing deployments are not capped. Plypto may adjust these caps at any time at its sole discretion. Caps are not a refundable defect: protons that cannot be spent on a new deployment because the cap is reached remain available for upgrades and any other in-game uses.

Nature. A Battle Strike Pass is a digital in-game item that grants a fixed number of extra raid charges. Each charge permits one PvP raid when the strike bank is empty. A charge is consumed on use regardless of outcome and does not refill the bank.

Payment currency.Battle Strike Passes are purchased exclusively by spending protons already held in the buyer's in-game balance. No separate BTC, fiat, or external payment is required for this transaction.

Price and availability. The proton cost, number of charges, and any marketing discount displayed for each Battle Strike Pass are set by Plypto at its sole discretion and may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of purchase is final.

Non-refundability. All Battle Strike Pass purchases are final and non-refundable once the proton deduction has been applied to the buyer's account. Protons spent on a Battle Strike Pass cannot be reimbursed or converted back to protons or any other currency except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Separate from the strike bank. Purchasing and using Battle Strike Pass charges does not change the strike bank. The bank holds up to three strikes and, while a Daily Pass is active, gains one strike every 24 hours without exceeding three. The Platform spends a bank strike before an Extra strike.

Unused charges. Unused charges accumulate on the account indefinitely. They are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for protons, BTC, or any other value. Plypto reserves the right to retire Battle Strike Passes as a feature upon reasonable notice, in which case unused charges would be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any compensation policy communicated at that time.

Nature. The Daily Pass (premium pass) is a digital in-game entitlement sold by Plypto. It grants access to a premium daily-reward track on the Rewards surface for the paid period and removes advertising that would otherwise be shown to free players in the Android application and related Product surfaces. It is not a financial instrument, investment product, or sale of cryptocurrency.

What you receive. During an active entitlement you may: (i) claim a premium daily reward from a rotating catalogue in addition to any free daily reward track that remains available to players generally; (ii) recover certain unopened premium rewards that were covered by your paid period within a limited lookback window defined by the Product; (iii) use the Product without the advertising formats that free players may encounter (including rewarded ads for certain free claims, interstitial ads before selected actions, and app-open ads); and (iv) refill the PvP strike bank by one strike every 24 hours while the entitlement is active, including time away from the Product, up to a stored maximum of three strikes. Without an active Daily Pass the bank does not refill. Exact reward kinds, amounts, catalogues, and schedules are set by Plypto and may change; the in-game interface at the time of claim controls what is granted.

Purchase models. The Daily Pass may be offered as: (a) a recurring monthly subscription billed through our card payment provider (Stripe), which renews until cancelled and keeps benefits until the end of the paid period after cancellation; and/or (b) a one-shot purchase covering a fixed number of days (for example thirty days), paid in cryptocurrency via our crypto payment processors or by spending in-game BTC, which does not renew automatically. The price, currency, and duration displayed at checkout for the selected option are final for that transaction.

Advertising exemption. An active Daily Pass suppresses the advertising experiences described above for the holder. Players without an active Daily Pass may be required to view ads to access certain free rewards or may see ads at natural interruption points in the Android app, subject to regional consent requirements. Plypto may change ad placement and formats without altering the core promise that an active Daily Pass remains ad-free for the formats then in use for free players.

Non-refundability. Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, Daily Pass purchases (subscription cycles already paid and one-shot periods) are final once the entitlement has been credited. Unused days are not convertible to protons, BTC, or cash.

Optional. The Daily Pass is optional. Free daily rewards (where offered) and core gameplay remain available without it, subject to any ad or platform requirements applicable to free players.

Nature. A Safe Mine lease is a digital in-game entitlement sold by Plypto. For the paid period it delivers a fixed quantity of Bitcoin and, where the mine is configured to include them, a fixed number of protons, both credited in daily instalments. It is not a financial instrument, an investment product, a deposit, a savings product, or a sale of mining capacity, and it confers no interest in any hardware or mining operation. The game mechanics are described in the Terms of Use.

Price and levels. Each mine has a level 1 price displayed in the Product. Every level above costs twice the level below and delivers proportionally more, up to level 10. The commercial terms are identical at every level: a higher level is a larger position, not a better rate. An account may hold up to 10 active leases. The price, currency, and period shown at checkout are final for that transaction.

What is fixed at the moment of payment. The contract is formed and the lease opens when your payment succeeds. At that moment we fix the exact quantity of Bitcoin the lease will deliver, converted from the payout amount at the BTC/USD reference rate then in force, together with the number of protons where applicable. Those quantities do not change for the rest of the period. You are buying a quantity of Bitcoin, not a value in any currency. Its worth in dollars, euros, or any other currency will move with the Bitcoin market throughout the period, upwards or downwards, and that movement is entirely yours. Any amount shown before payment settles is an estimate at the rate displayed at that time and does not bind us.

Delivery. Delivery is performed in daily instalments by an automated process, starting the day after the lease opens and running to the end of the period. A delayed or missed run does not reduce what you receive: the next run credits the outstanding balance. Delivery is complete when the quantities fixed at purchase have been credited in full. No interest or compensation is due for the timing of an instalment.

Recurring billing. Leases purchased by card are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the same price until cancelled. Each renewal opens a new period and fixes a new quantity of Bitcoin and protons at the rate in force on the renewal date, so the quantities delivered will differ from one period to the next even though the price does not. Leases purchased in cryptocurrency cover a single period and never renew automatically.

Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Product or from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: that period is delivered in full, everything already credited remains yours, and no further payment is taken. We do not pro-rate or refund a period in progress.

Non-refundability. Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, a paid period is final once delivery has begun. Because delivery of digital content starts immediately after payment with your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost from that point, on the terms set out in Section 16. Protons delivered by a lease are non-refundable and non-redeemable, and Bitcoin delivered may only be withdrawn under Section 18.

No yield representation. Our only commitment is to deliver the quantities fixed at purchase. We make no representation, projection, or guarantee about their future value in any currency, about any rate of return, or about the profitability of a lease in any sense. Nothing displayed in the Product or in these terms constitutes financial or investment advice; see Section 21.

Catalogue changes. Plypto may add, modify, suspend, or withdraw mines, prices, periods, and delivered quantities at any time. Changes apply to purchases and renewals occurring after they take effect and never alter the quantities already fixed on a running lease.

The Treasure Hunt is an optional promotional event described in the Terms of Use. While it is open, successful PvP raids may grant loot boxes that can award protons and/or withdrawable BTC according to a weighted prize table. Opening a loot box does not require a proton purchase and is not sold as a paid chance product.

Any BTC awarded through a Treasure Hunt loot box is subject to the same withdrawal, KYC, and eligibility rules as other withdrawable BTC on the Platform. Plypto may open or close the event at any time. Chance-based outcomes are not a guarantee of value, return, or withdrawable balance.

The Platform may display and track BTC amounts as part of the game economy (for example, production attributed to economic infrastructure or outcomes of in-game activities). In-game BTC balances are not bank deposits and do not accrue interest unless explicitly stated otherwise in the interface.

Withdrawals. The ability to request a withdrawal of earned BTC to an external wallet is subject exclusively to the withdrawal rules in the Terms of Use (including minimum thresholds, verification, and compliance checks) and to Section 18 below. Purchasing protons does not guarantee any minimum amount of withdrawable BTC, any rate of return, or any particular in-game outcome.

The presentation of proton packs and prices on the Platform constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept your payment and credit the corresponding protons to your account (or when we confirm the transaction through our systems, whichever occurs first).

Pack prices are denominated in Bitcoin (BTC). If you pay the external portion (or the full pack, when no in-game BTC is applied) with a card in USD, we convert the applicable BTC amount to USD at checkout using a third-party reference rate (for example from a public market data provider). That rate is indicative; the USD total charged is the amount shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. Cryptocurrency network conditions may still affect crypto payments; you are responsible for reviewing the total before confirming.

We may change prices, pack compositions, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where a technical error requires correction as described below.

If we reasonably believe that a price or proton amount was shown in error (for example, a manifest typo or a system bug), we may refuse or reverse the transaction and refund the payment to the extent technically feasible, or adjust the credited protons to match the intended offer, in line with applicable law.

For proton packs you may pay (where offered in the checkout flow) either in Bitcoin via our integration with Coinremitter, or in U.S. dollars via Stripe (card and other methods Stripe supports in your region). We may add or change processors; the options presented at checkout prevail. By paying, you agree to the applicable processor's terms and privacy policy.

Hybrid purchases: If you have spendable in-game BTC, the Platform may apply part of the pack price from that balance and charge only the remainder externally. Only non-withdrawable in-game BTC (deposits, bonuses, referral rewards and other credits granted for in-game use) can be applied this way; withdrawable earnings from mining, raids and Treasure Hunt are never used to pay for in-game purchases and remain available for withdrawal. If you choose card (USD), the remainder is converted from BTC to USD as described in Section 11; the in-game portion is debited when your external payment succeeds.

For cryptocurrency payments, you must send the correct asset type and amount to the address and within the time window indicated. Underpayments, overpayments sent after expiry, or transfers to wrong addresses may delay crediting or may be irrecoverable; we are not liable for losses caused by your wallet configuration errors or third-party wallet behavior.

For Stripe payments, you authorize the one-time charge shown in Checkout. Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension of your account, reversal of credited protons where permitted, or other remedies described in these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.

Taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or digital services tax) may apply depending on your location. Where we are legally required to collect taxes, the checkout flow will reflect this. You remain responsible for any personal tax reporting related to your use of cryptocurrencies or virtual items.

Delivery of Digital Content consists of crediting protons to the account that was logged in at the time of purchase (or the account identified in the payment flow). For Bitcoin payments, delivery is generally after sufficient blockchain confirmations; for successful Stripe payments, crediting usually occurs shortly after we receive confirmation from Stripe. Delays may occur due to network congestion, processor maintenance, or security reviews.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are logged into the correct account before completing payment. We are not obliged to transfer protons between accounts due to user error.

Depending on your jurisdiction, mandatory consumer laws may grant you a right to cancel distance contracts within a cooling off period. For digital content, many laws allow that right to be waived if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once delivery begins.

By completing a proton pack purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of Digital Content and acknowledge that, once protons are credited to your account, any statutory withdrawal right that might otherwise apply may be lost to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Section limits non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Subject to mandatory legal requirements and the exception for erroneous transactions noted in Section 11, all sales of proton packs are final. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Purchased protons are not refundable once credited, including if you change your mind, stop playing, are dissatisfied with game balance changes, lose in-game assets to other players, or disagree with gameplay updates.
• We do not provide refunds in fiat or cryptocurrency for unused protons, partially used balances, or accounts that are suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Use.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or blockchain double-spend attempts may result in account suspension, offset against in-game balances where permitted, and legal action if appropriate.

If a refund is required by applicable law, we will comply in the manner prescribed by that law (which may be a partial refund, account credit, or another remedy).

Withdrawal of Bitcoin to your external wallet, when available, is governed primarily by the Terms of Use. For convenience, the following key points are reiterated:

• Withdrawals relate to BTC earned through gameplay and qualifying in-game activities, not to the return of amounts paid for proton packs.
• A minimum threshold (currently 0.0005 BTC of earned in-game gains, as described in the Terms of Use) applies before any withdrawal request is processed. We may change this threshold at any time; the value displayed in the Wallet at the moment of your request prevails.
• KYC / AML: We reserve the right to require full identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount or account history. We may request government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, or any other information deemed necessary. Withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete to our satisfaction.
• Network fees, fraud prevention, and operational limits may additionally apply. We may delay or refuse withdrawals where required by law or where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Failure to meet withdrawal conditions does not entitle you to a refund of proton purchases or to compensation for unrealized in-game BTC.

You expressly acknowledge the following categories of risk, which are non-exhaustive:

• Cryptocurrency risk: Bitcoin and other crypto-assets are volatile. The fiat value of your payments and any withdrawn amounts can rise or fall sharply. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
• Gameplay risk: You may lose in-game resources, rankings, or virtual assets due to raids, competition, balancing changes, bugs (subject to our policies), or account sanctions.
• In-game caps risk: Plypto may apply gameplay caps that affect how protons can be spent — for example, a current per-category limit of 200 distinct deployments per account. Such caps may change at any time and do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
• Operational risk: The Platform may experience downtime, maintenance, data loss despite backups, or security incidents. Third-party services (including Coinremitter and blockchain networks) may fail or delay.
• Regulatory risk: Laws affecting crypto-assets, games, or virtual items may change and could restrict or terminate your ability to use the Platform or certain features.
• Smart wallet risk: You are responsible for the security of your external wallets and for entering correct addresses. Erroneous transfers cannot be recalled by us.

Nature. The Proton Subscription is an optional recurring purchase under which a fixed quantity of protons (chosen by you at sign-up, subject to a minimum standard amount and a maximum cap displayed in the interface) is credited to your account automatically on each successful monthly billing cycle. It is a sale of Digital Content governed by these Terms of Sale; the general provisions on protons, delivery, non-refund­ ability, and risk apply in full.

Card only. The Proton Subscription is available exclusively by card, processed by Stripeas a recurring subscription. No cryptocurrency, in-game BTC balance, or other payment method may be used for this product. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe, on our behalf, to charge your card the displayed amount automatically at the start of each monthly period until the subscription is cancelled, and you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Price.The monthly price is derived from the protons you select using the Platform's proton pricing (including any applicable volume discount), converted to U.S. dollars (USD) at a third-party reference BTC/USD rate at the time you subscribe, and locked for the life of that subscription. The USD amount shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm is the amount charged each month. Changes to the underlying proton economy or BTC/USD rate do not change the price of an existing subscription; they only affect new subscriptions.

Delivery per cycle. Protons for each cycle are credited after we receive confirmation of the corresponding successful payment from Stripe (normally within a short time of each renewal). Each renewal is a separate delivery of Digital Content; by subscribing you expressly request immediate delivery of each cycle and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right that might otherwise apply to that cycle may be lost, to the extent permitted by law, once the protons for that cycle are credited.

Loyalty bonus (from the 2nd month). To reward continued membership and discourage repeated subscribe/cancel cycling, every renewal from the second cycle onward includes an additional +10% loyalty protons on top of your chosen base amount (the exact rate in force is the one displayed on the subscription card at the time and may be adjusted by Plypto for future cycles). The bonus is contingent on the subscription remaining active: it is delivered only when a renewal is actually paid. If you cancel, no further bonus accrues. A returning subscriber who had previously cancelled restarts at the first cycle (base amount, no bonus).

Cancellation in one click. You may cancel the subscription at any time in a single click from the Wallet page. Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep every proton already credited, and you retain access to the paid features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

No refund of past cycles. Consistent with Section 17, protons already credited for a billing cycle are final and non-refundable once delivered, including the current period at the time you cancel. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, unused protons, or a change of mind, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Failed payments (e.g. an expired or declined card) may suspend or end the subscription without further notice; no protons are credited for a cycle that is not paid.

Availability & changes. Plypto may enable, disable, re-price, or discontinue the Proton Subscription, and may adjust the minimum amount, maximum cap, and loyalty bonus rate, at any time and at its sole discretion. Such changes do not alter the locked price or terms of subscriptions already active, save where required to correct a manifest error as described in Section 12 or where mandatory law applies.

Nothing on the Platform, in these Terms of Sale, or in communications from us constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a financial institution and we do not recommend that you buy protons, acquire Bitcoin, or participate in gameplay for any investment or income purpose.

Past or simulated returns in the game do not predict future results. We do not guarantee profit, passive income, or any specific return on money or time you spend on the Platform. There is no guaranteed gain of any kind associated with using Plypto.

If you have questions about whether using the Platform is appropriate for your financial situation, please consult an independent financial adviser.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plypto Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or game progress, arising out of or related to your purchases or use of protons or the Platform.

We are not responsible for any financial loss you may suffer as a result of gameplay outcomes, changes to game economics, actions of other players, cryptocurrency price movements, or your decision to purchase protons or hold Bitcoin.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order governed by these Terms of Sale shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that specific order in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (excluding amounts passed through to networks or taxes collected on behalf of authorities), except where limitation is prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still lawful.

For questions about a charge, missing proton credit, or any dispute relating to a sale, you should first contact us through our support channels so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response time. Complex investigations (including payment processor coordination) may take longer.

For any question about the Platform, your account, a purchase, or a withdrawal, please contact our support team first at plypto.com/support or support@plypto.space. We are your primary point of contact and will always work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms of Sale where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, failures of public networks, major blockchain disruptions, government actions, or failures of essential suppliers or payment partners.

We may amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued purchase of Digital Content after the effective date of revised Terms of Sale constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from making new purchases.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

Dispute resolution procedures (including negotiation and arbitration where applicable) are as set out in the Governing Law & Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Use, which you agree apply to disputes arising from or related to purchases under these Terms of Sale, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Entire agreement. These Terms of Sale, together with the Terms of Use and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter of your purchase.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms of Sale without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Language. The English language version of these Terms of Sale prevails over any translations provided for convenience.

For correspondence specifically relating to sales, billing, or these Terms of Sale:
